The management's objectives are to provide, and continuously improve, the Company's product range, products, and related services, to meet the requirements of its customers, to conform to applicable regulatory requirements and to the Company's Environmental Policy.
The measurable objectives are: The commercialisation of new or improved products, to gain new customers, for transactions with the customer to be error free, no justifiable customer complaints or lost customers due to product quality.
To achieve these objectives, the Company has established and maintains a ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The System recognises the need for monitoring and continuously improving the processes of Sales, Production, Commercial Review, Research and Development and Performance Review, and the activities within those processes: enquiries, tenders, supplier selection, purchasing, receipt of raw materials, manufacture, test procedures, calibration, documentation, training and systems review.
